8月7日，農歷七月初十。

立秋，暑氣未消、盛夏未遠，二十四節氣進(jìn)入下半場(chǎng)。

“大暑小暑不算暑，立秋處暑正當暑?！鄙形闯龇?，烈日依舊灼灼，立秋時(shí)節有“咬秋”，“貼秋膘”的習俗，人們在吃西瓜消暑和燉肉食補中等待秋風(fēng)起，梧桐葉落。

Beginning of Autumn has brought 24 solar terms into the second half, yet summer is still in heat.

There was an old saying in China, "Beginning of Autumn is indeed the hottest period of a year." It is customary to "bite autumn" and "add autumn fat" at this day. People eat watermelon and braise meat, waiting for the autumn wind to blow and the buttonwood leaves to fall.
