6月21日，農歷五月廿三。

“晝晷已云極，宵漏自此長(cháng)”。溫熱的暑氣將我們吹向這一年中白晝最長(cháng)的一天——夏至。

在古代，夏至又稱(chēng)夏節，人們已在田間收獲了這一季的新麥，于是便有了夏至吃面的習俗。

Summer heat blows in the wind, sending us to the longest day of a year, Summer Solstice.

Chinese ancestors also called it Summer Festival. People welcome the summer wheat harvest and eat noodles to celebrate this day.

蟬鳴陣陣，風(fēng)荷悠悠。這是整個(gè)夏季中，我們能用最多的時(shí)光來(lái)汲取陽(yáng)光的一天，但今日卻未必會(huì )有一年最高的氣溫。

時(shí)光悄悄替你藏下的每一分光與熱，在盛夏，在未來(lái)，都會(huì )與你再次相逢。

Cicadas are chirping and lotus is dancing with the breeze. This is the longest day for us to stay with sunlight. Yet it is still not the hottest day of a year.

Time will secretly store those light and energy for you, and send back to you in the future.
